- Your account is in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)

Refunds are NOT available for:
- Subscriptions purchased more than 14 days ago
- Renewal payments (2nd month and beyond)
- Partial month refunds (you cancel mid-cycle)
- Previous subscribers who resubscribe
- Account downgrades (Pro to Free)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Free tier (no payment, no refund)
- Chargebacks or disputed charges (account may be suspended)
Important: Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and loss of data.
